How to place an order with us
When you choose to order a cake from us, you can place your order either online via our website or over the telephone.
Choosing Your Cake
Take a look through our website to find the cake design of your choice. If you can't see the sort of design you are looking for, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help. Once you have found the cake of your choice, decide whether you wish to order and pay online or over the telephone.
Ordering Online
The quickest, easiest way to order your cake is via our online order form, paying for it safely and securely via PayPal, either by using a PayPal account or just your debit/credit card.
Clicking on the "order online" link for the cake you have chosen will take you to the order form. Depending on the cake design, you may be asked to select what colours and flavourings you want for your cake plus, where space allows, what wording you may want on it. (Please type your choice of wording carefully as any mis-spellings may be replicated onto your cake!)
Next you'll be asked to choose the date you wish to receive your cake (please allow at least 7 days from ordering) and then asked to select a delivery option. (Click here to see our available delivery areas)
Once you have completed all your cake details, add your own name, address and conatct details to the order form together with any other information you wish to include.
With all your details completed, click on the "Complete and Confirm" button. This will show you your completed order and the total price including any delivery charges. Please read back through the order carefully to check everything is correct and then click on the "Confirm order" button to make your payment.
At this point, you will be taken to the secure PayPal payment site which will again confirm the amount due and ask you to either log into your PayPal account or enter your debit/credit card details to pay. Follow the instructions given to complete your payment and order.
At the end of the payment process, you will see a message confirming that your order has been completed. We'll then contact you by telephone or email shortly afterwards (normally within one working day) to double-check back over your order with you, ensuring we make a cake that is 100% perfect for you!
Ordering by Telephone
If you prefer not to order online, you can instead place your order with us over the telephone on 01332 755110.
We'll take all your order details from you over the phone and then ask for payment to be sent through the post. Payment for telephone orders can be made by cheque, cash or postal order. Please note however that cake orders will not be started until payments are received and cleared so please allow additional time for this when ordering.
Receiving your cake
If you have chosen one of our delivery options, we will deliver the cake to you on the day of your choice and at a convenient time. If you have opted to collect your cake from us, we will agree a suitable date and time when confirming your order.
